Who are we?
The Antigonish Stoírm Volleyball Club was established in 1998 and provides a quality volleyball experience for local athletes at all skill levels. The Club also strives to ensure that its skilled players are challenged and receive opportunities to play in significant provincial and national events.
How can I help?
- Be a Positive Parent – encourage your child to have fun. Offer to help with their team, tell them they are improving, compliment their play, encourage them to complement their teammates and coaches, tell them it is important to help pick-up balls and set-up the net, say kind things about the officials; being positive is contagious!
- Be a Parent Manager – this person helps to coordinate team travel, contacts the Club Treasurer for tournament fees, distributes and collect uniforms, organizes parent volunteers to assist in hosting tournaments and can also assist the Coach in any administrative matters. And no, you don’t have to do it alone – two or more parents can share the duties of this position.
When is Registration?
Registration generally opens in December for Indoor and then in the Spring (May/June) for Beach programming. Keep an eye on our Instagram and Facebook sites for announcements!
How much does it cost?
Indoor and Beach fees vary each year.
